Global Human Resources Development

International Cooperation?Human Resources Development through Engineering

We are actively engaged in human resource development from related countries. We have been actively supporting programs organized and operated by Japan Cooperation Center for Petroleum and Sustainable Energy (hereinafter called JCCP), sharing our knowledge and experience. We have also signed a memorandum of understanding with Sultanate of Oman regarding human resource development for new technical graduates, and successfully conducted the first training program (see the table below). We will continue to conduct training programs for Sultanate of Oman.
Additionally, starting from the fiscal year 2023, we have resumed the provision and operation of specialized training programs for selected young engineers dispatched to Japan by our client companies, which had been suspended due to Covid-19 anti-infection measures. By learning specialized knowledge from our experienced engineers, this program deepens our client companies' understanding of sound and stable plant operation and provides them with the opportunity to learn the latest topics and think about the future of their own businesses. In fiscal year 2025, 69 trainees from JCCP and 28 trainees from our client companies participated in our training programs.
In the future, we plan to actively develop and operate training programs in which instructors are dispatched from Japan to provide on-site training, and share information related to digital transformation (DX) in plant operation and the renewable energy sectors that our company engaged in. We aim to provide programs that not only focus on technical training but also respect the cultures of both countries, matching the needs of our partner companies with our offering's resources, and increase both parties' satisfaction. We will continue to contribute to human resource development and the construction of a sustainable industrial base in the countries where projects are executed through our participation in training and human resource development programs.
